The opportunity:
This role will involve managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of personal injury claims and will be expected to deliver an excellent standard of client care while progressing matters efficiently and effectively.
The nature of this role will ideally suit a confident and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor who is comfortable managing their own caseload and dealing directly with clients, insurers and other professional contacts.

The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion
• Providing clear, accurate and commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Conducting negotiations with insurers and other relevant parties
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence
• Ensuring all cases are progressed effectively and within required timescales
• Working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and support staff
• Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering a consistently high level of client service

The candidate:
The successful candidate should:
• Have solid experience in personal injury law
• Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Have strong knowledge of personal injury claims and relevant procedures
• Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Be commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
• Be available to undertake a locum assignment and able to adapt quickly to a new working environment
