RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LOCUM, 3+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LINCOLNSHIRE/ REMOTE, £45–£50 PER HOUR DOE – Excellent locum opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner. Job ref: 5263

OVERVIEW:
A well established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team in Lincolnshire on a temporary basis for circa 3 months, with the firm looking for someone who can start immediately. The role is flexible and can be worked from the office, on a hybrid basis or fully remotely, providing flexibility for the successful candidate.

The appointed candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, and both freehold and leasehold matters. You will have 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy conveyancing environment are essential. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner seeking a locum opportunity.
