JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                  
PQE REQUIRED: 2+        
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                 
SALARY: Up to £50,000 (DOE)                     

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and ambitious property team in Manchester. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical advice while delivering a high level of client care.
The role offers genuine autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the residential property department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with at least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience and a strong background in residential property. You will be confident managing your own caseload and have experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential transactions.
You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills and a client-focused approach. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
