JOB TITLE:           Legal Counsel
PQE REQUIRED:   5+
LOCATION:          West Midlands
SALARY:               £70K - £90K

THE ROLE: This role offers the chance to work closely with a growing professional services business, providing commercial, practical legal advice and becoming a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. Key areas include:

• Commercial contracts & negotiations
• Risk & bid management
• Disputes & litigation
• Corporate, HR & property matters
• Legal research & guidance

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with around 5–10 years' PQE and strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
