Employment Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Devon / Hybrid, £60,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. REF:5199.

THE ROLE:
• You will have the freedom to bring your own ideas, develop relationships with businesses and individuals, and work alongside colleagues across the firm to create a broader employment offering.
• There is plenty of opportunity for someone who enjoys being entrepreneurial and seeing an idea develop into new work and lasting client relationships.
• Your day-to-day work will include a broad mix of employment matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work.
• You will have the opportunity to advise clients directly, handle complex matters and become a trusted adviser to the businesses and individuals you work with.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and a strong understanding of employment law.
• You will be commercial and client-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding clients' businesses
• Confident and personable, able to build relationships and develop a strong professional network
• Ambitious, with an appetite to grow both personally and professionally
• Entrepreneurial, willing to identify opportunities and turn ideas into action
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with colleagues across different areas of law
