JOB TITLE: CHILD CARE SOLICITOR (Senior)
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: MANCHESTER
SALARY: Up to £70,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Child Care Solicitor to join a growing care department committed to delivering high quality legal advice and services to a diverse client base. Deal with both legally aided and privately funded caseloads of Children Act matters and adoption, actively manage and develop client relationships, engage with the business development and growth of the firm and undertake advocacy when appropriate.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who possess a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience. In addition to this, the successful candidate will have advocacy experience, be familiar with family law court procedures, demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, be able to work to targets and deadlines and competently manage a high quality, diverse caseload. You will also possess the necessary skills in respect of client care and highlight an ability to develop and expand a complex caseload of childcare matters.
