JOB TITLE: Senior Private Family Law Solicitor
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: Up to £75,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Join a Legal 500 accredited, leading law firm seeking to welcome a highly skilled Family Solicitor to its thriving practice. Handle a diverse caseload of high quality family law matters from inception through to resolution, advising clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, property and asset division, pension sharing arrangements, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, financial settlements and pre/post-nuptial agreements. This role involves conducting negotiations, representing clients throughout court proceedings, developing strong client relationships and delivering exceptional levels of service.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Family Solicitors who possess at least 8 years PQE and can demonstrate strong expertise in divorce and financial remedy matters coupled with experience managing a private family law caseload. The successful candidate will be able to work independently on complex and high value cases whilst simultaneously contributing to a positive team environment. You will have a fantastic technical knowledge of family law and demonstrate strong advocacy, negotiation and client relationship skills.
