THE ROLE:
You will advise a diverse client base across the public, private and third sectors on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your caseload will encompass employment tribunal litigation, day-to-day employment advisory work, corporate support, strategic HR guidance, and the delivery of client training. Acting for an impressive portfolio of clients, including household-name businesses, NHS organisations, government bodies, and charities, you will provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice. You will also play an active role in business development, supervise and mentor junior team members, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's specialist practice areas.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE and strong experience advising employers on a broad range of employment law matters. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, together with the ability to manage your own caseload and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and enthusiastic about business development, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to the growth of a successful practice will be advantageous.
