A well-established and progressive law firm in Monmouthshire is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team. The Role
The successful candidate will:
• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and cohabitation disputes.
• Advise clients on complex and high-value family law issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Deliver practical, commercially aware and empathetic legal advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Strong experience handling matrimonial finance and cohabitation matters.
• Confident advocate with experience representing clients in court.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and prioritise competing demands.
• Professional, personable and client-focused approach.
• Strong team-working skills and a collaborative mindset.
