OVERVIEW:

You will be handling a broad range of residential transactions while working collaboratively with the wider multi-office residential team. This will ensure strong support and shared knowledge across the department.
A core part of this role will involve developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the local community and across the nation, enhancing the visibility and reputation of the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:

You must be a UK qualified Residential Property Solicitor with at 4+ years of experience.
With this you must also be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of residential property matters.
Have the ability to manage a busy caseload with confidence and accuracy.
Possess a provocative approach to business development and relationship building between clients.
Along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
