• Advise insurers, MGAs, reinsurers and other market participants on a broad range of complex insurance coverage matters, claims and disputes.

• Manage high value property damage claims, coverage disputes and subrogated recoveries, providing commercially focused advice to a sophisticated client base.

• Draft and review insurance policy wordings, with particular emphasis on property damage risks, and represent clients in complex disputes before the Commercial Court and the Technology & Construction Court.

• Work alongside experienced specialists while taking an active role in business development through client seminars, articles, thought leadership initiatives and wider market engagement.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE and significant insurance or reinsurance experience gained within a recognised City practice, specialist insurance firm or comparable in-house insurance environment.

• The successful candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, strong commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the London insurance market, together with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
