Private Client Solicitor, 1-2 Years’ PQE, Milton Keynes, Salary DOE. • The appointed Solicitor will handle their own caseload, including drafting simple and complex Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Planning, Tax Planning and Succession Planning.

• You will work closely with experienced Partners on complex and high value matters, including advising high net worth individuals on cross border estate planning and repatriation issues.

• You will benefit from ongoing mentoring, technical support and exposure to high quality work designed to enhance your professional development and long-term career prospects.

• Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with between 1 and 2 years' PQE who have experience managing a broad range of Private Client matters.

• You will possess excellent communication and client care skills, together with the empathy, professionalism and sensitivity required when advising elderly and vulnerable clients on often complex and personal matters.

• The successful candidate will be organised, personable and able to build strong client relationships whilst working effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

• STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards achieving it, would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
