Property Litigation Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Cornwall, £47,000+ (DOE) - We're looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in Cornwall, with a particular emphasis on advising clients within the social housing sector. REF:4690

THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor who is keen to build a career in property litigation while working on matters that make a genuine difference to communities.
• You will join a friendly, knowledgeable team committed to supporting your professional development and helping you gain hands-on experience from the outset.
• You will advise a range of housing sector clients, including registered providers, local authorities and other organisations, on a varied caseload of property-related disputes and housing management issues.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include property possession and housing management matters, tenancy-related disputes and enforcement issues, general property litigation arising within the social housing sector and preparing legal documents, court applications and client advice.
• As your experience grows, you'll take increasing responsibility for your own files while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex and high-value matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE with an interest in developing a career in property litigation.
• Experience in property litigation, housing law or a genuine enthusiasm to specialise in this area.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A practical, client-focused approach to delivering legal advice.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
