• Become part of an established Residential Property team handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters for a broad client base.

• You will manage your own files from instruction through to completion, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and a range of associated residential property transactions.

• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical, commercially focused advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care throughout every transaction.

• Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals with experience gained within a reputable Residential Property practice.

• Candidates from Newly Qualified level through to approximately 10 years' PQE are encouraged to apply.

• You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, possess strong technical knowledge of Residential Property law and demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills.

• This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers flexible hybrid working.
