I'm currently working with a highly regarded Gloucestershire law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2–10 years PQE) to join its successful and growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer seeking high-quality work, a strong client base and a genuinely supportive working environment.

The Opportunity
You will be advising a broad range of investor and business clients on commercial property matters, handling work that includes:
• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leasing transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Investment property work
• Property portfolio management
• Secured lending and refinancing transactions

The firm acts for an established client base and is known for its pragmatic, commercially focused advice and long-standing relationships.

Experience of dealing with commercial lenders and finance transactions would be a distinct advantage.

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
• Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives
• Candidates with between 2 and 10 years' PQE
• Lawyers with solid commercial property experience
• Individuals who are confident managing their own caseload
• Team players with excellent client relationship and communication skills
