Corporate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Greater Manchester, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A leading and growing commercial practice in the Greater Manchester area is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for a confident, commercially minded lawyer looking to take ownership of high-quality transactional work and play a key role in business growth. JOB REF: 4418.

THE ROLE:
• Leading M&A transactions, private equity deals, and investment work
• Advising on shareholder agreements, group restructures, and wider corporate governance matters
• Managing transactions end-to-end, including negotiation, drafting, and completion
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service delivery
• Playing an active role in business development, including networking, attending events, and developing new client relationships

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• Strong technical expertise across M&A and general corporate advisory work
• Demonstrable experience running your own transactions with a high degree of autonomy
• A commercial mindset with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
• Confidence and enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building
