Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years PQE, Cheshire, up to c£50,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 4376.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
