JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer                  
PQE REQUIRED: 2+        
LOCATION: South Yorkshire                 
SALARY: Up to £50,000 DOE                    

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a growing and well-established law firm in South Yorkshire. Working as part of a busy private client team, you will handle a varied caseload of matters including wills and probate administration whilst working closely with senior members of the department. There will also be opportunities to develop experience in related areas such as lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, combining office and home working, together with the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth and success of the private client department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Fee Earners with a solid background in probate and estate administration matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload independently and possess a strong understanding of the probate process, together with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience in wills, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters would be advantageous, although not essential. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable undertaking business development activities to help promote both the department and the wider firm. Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems are also required.
