Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:4216

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages and equity release transactions, Shared ownership matters, New build purchases and Lease extensions and variations.
• In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm.
• You will have experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
