Job Description
•Key responsibilities include opening and maintaining client files and databases, including AML compliance checks, as well as managing client communications.
•The role involves monitoring deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks, supporting client onboarding and risk assessments, and using the Land Registry portal to obtain documents and submit applications.
•Additional duties include assisting with completions and payment arrangements, supporting billing and invoicing processes, producing documents through digital audio typing, and managing diaries and meeting arrangements.
•The ideal candidate will ideally have prior experience, preferably within property law. You should be confident handling general administrative duties, well organised, and capable of keeping files and day to day operations running smoothly, including opening new matters and managing routine tasks with minimal supervision.
