Job Description

Private Client Lawyer, NQ-2 Years PQE, Somerset, £45,000+ (DOE) – Due to continued growth, this friendly and supportive firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join them. JOB REF:4112.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate administration, Taxable and non-taxable estates, Probate matters and Inheritance planning
• Experience in Trusts and Court of Protection work would be advantageous but is not essential.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will have excellent technical knowledge and client care skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence in managing your own caseload
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• The ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service
