THE ROLE:
The appointed solicitor will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, probate and intestacy matters, and tax planning strategies, while managing a diverse caseload, preparing applications for grants of representation, handling inheritance tax issues, ensuring full compliance with current legislation, and maintaining a consistently high standard of client care.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with proven experience in private client work, including probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax, together with strong drafting and technical legal skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities, highly organised, detail oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple cases efficiently.
