The Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy role with an existing caseload, offering real autonomy and the chance to develop your practice. The firm is open to candidates across a broad range of experience levels, from newly qualified through to more senior solicitors, and is committed to offering an attractive and competitive package for the right individual.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work

You will take ownership of your files from start to finish, providing high-quality, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.

About You
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ considered)
• Experience across core Private Client work
• Confident managing files independently and working with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with a professional, proactive approach
• STEP qualification or working towards this is advantageous
• Demonstrates a consistent and stable career history

Working Arrangements
• Hybrid working available following probation
• Typically 2 days from home and 3 days in the office
• Flexible working patterns available (full-time or part-time)
