JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Working within an established commercial property team which is highly rated in the Legal Directories, you will be dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, leases, sales and acquisitions, refinancing and easements. Advising a broad client base, you will be working closely with colleagues on a diverse range of matters and be expected to draft, review and negotiate a range of property documentation with accuracy and commercial awareness.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2 years of experience in dealing with a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded lawyer to handle a broad range of high-quality matters while building strong client relationships within a supportive and progressive firm. With a strong technical grounding and be confident in managing files.
