COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR – PARTNER, KENT/ HYBRID, 7 + PQE, £EXCELLENT SALARY & BENEFITS. •The appointed Partner will manage a complex Court of Protection caseload, with a focus on brain injury and catastrophic injury deputyships.

•You will provide specialist advice across all areas of Court of Protection work, including deputyship applications, statutory wills, gifting, property transactions, financial management, and Personal Injury Trusts. The firm is seeking someone who will also supervise, support, and mentor junior members of the team.

•Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with at least 7 years’ PQE in Court of Protection work, specialising in complex deputyship matters involving clients with brain injuries.

•The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leadership, including supervising and developing teams. You will be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills and sound commercial judgement, with experience in business development and client retention.
