Residential Property Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for a 1-3 PQE Residential Property Solicitor to become part of the team at a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Buckingham.

The residential property department is one of the firm’s largest and most established practice areas, with an excellent reputation in the local market and a consistent flow of quality work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment with strong long-term prospects.

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• General residential property advice

The role offers a varied workload and regular client contact, working within a team known for its efficiency, client service, and strong market presence.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Thrive in a busy, fast-moving transactional environment

This position would suit a proactive and personable solicitor who enjoys client interaction and is looking to develop their career within a highly respected property team.
