Property Litigation Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1–4 years’ PQE to work within a well-established and highly regarded disputes practice handling a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters for a diverse client base, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and private clients. THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals and termination issues, dilapidations claims, possession proceedings and trespass and nuisance claims
• The role will involve managing your own matters with appropriate supervision, while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value disputes.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Liaise with counsel, experts, and other third parties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded solicitor who is keen to develop their career within a successful property litigation team.
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE
• You will have strong technical and analytical skills, excellent drafting and communication abilities and a proactive and client-focused approach
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
