THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE looking to secure a new role with a friendly and supportive team.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of planning related matters including advising clients within the private and public sectors.
• You can expect to cover the full range of planning work including strategic planning advice, planning applications / agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.
• You will be a confident and detail focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability.
