This is a role designed for an experienced Private Client lawyer who values quality over quantity and enjoys building trusted, long term client relationships.

The work
You’ll handle a broad and interesting Private Client caseload, much of it rooted in rural, agricultural, and commercial matters. The role offers a high degree of independence, supported by engaged partners and a well structured team.

Matters will include:
• Will drafting and estate planning
• Probate and full estate administration
• Trusts and tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising farmers, landowners, and commercial clients
• Managing high value, long standing client portfolios

There is no pressure to generate work, the firm benefits from a strong local presence, repeat instructions, and an extensive existing will bank.

About you
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• 7–10+ years’ experience in Private Client work
• Confident managing a full caseload autonomously
• Approachable, professional, and client focused
• Experience advising rural, agricultural, or commercial private clients would be highly beneficial
