This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well established and highly respected department in the West Midlands at a pivotal time. The team is exceptionally busy, handling a steady stream of high quality, often complex work, and is now looking to strengthen its senior ranks with someone confident, capable, and hands on.

The opportunity
You’ll be stepping into a role where your expertise is genuinely valued. With immediate exposure to a full spectrum of Private Client matters, this position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact within a specialist team known for its technical excellence.

What you’ll be doing
• Taking ownership of a complex and varied Private Client caseload
• Advising clients on Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax matters
• Acting as a trusted senior presence within a busy, high performing team
• Supporting the department through a period of sustained growth and demand

What they’re looking for
• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
• Strong, practical experience across core Private Client work
• Comfortable handling probate and trust matters independently
• Someone ready to contribute immediately in a fast paced environment
• A senior lawyer seeking quality work rather than volume alone

The package
• Up to £60,000 salary, depending on experience
• Hybrid working, with 1–2 days working from home
