Family Solicitor / Legal Executive | 2+ PQE | Wiltshire | Competitive Salary

The Opportunity
We are working with a well established and highly regarded law firm in Wiltshire that is seeking a Family Solicitor or CILEX qualified Legal Executive (2+ PQE) to join its experienced and supportive Family Law team. The department is known for handling the full range of family matters, from initial advice through to contested court proceedings, with a strong focus on constructive and client centred outcomes.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children matters, separation and cohabitation issues, and domestic abuse work. The role involves advising clients with empathy and clarity, preparing legal documentation, representing clients in negotiations and court where required, and promoting mediation and alternative dispute resolution whenever appropriate.

About You
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Experience handling a broad range of family law matters
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate client approach
• Commitment to resolving matters constructively and cost effectively
• Resolution membership (or willingness to work towards it)
• Well organised, professional and outcome focused
