OVERVIEW:
• Manage a full caseload of Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims
• Take responsibility for cases from initial instruction through to resolution
• Handle matters through both settlement and litigation
• Provide clear advice and maintain high standards of client care throughout
• Work closely with medical experts and other professionals
• Prepare key legal documents, including letters of claim, pleadings and settlement agreements
• Ensure cases progress efficiently and meet deadlines and targets
• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE, handling noise induced hearing loss claims
• Strong understanding of both legal and medical aspects of such cases
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Proven track record of achieving positive client outcomes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Experience with Ministry of Defence-related claims is advantageous but not essential
