PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR- 5+ PQE, LONDON, £COMPETITIVE (DOE). Due to the continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional with a passion for delivering high quality legal services within a client focused environment. JOB REF: 3582

•The appointed solicitor will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning strategies, ensuring full compliance with current legislation while maintaining a high standard of client care.

•You will manage a diverse caseload of probate and intestacy matters, prepare applications for grants of representation, and handle inheritance tax issues.

•The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with proven experience in private client work, including knowledge of probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax, alongside excellent drafting and technical legal skills.

•You will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
