Contentious Probate Solicitor, 8-10 Years PQE, Birmingham, £competitive salary (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor to take a key role in developing and expanding a contentious probate offering, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. JOB REF:3497

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, with significant client contact and the opportunity to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
• You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
• Support the continued growth and reputation of the firm’s dispute resolution offering
• Working collaboratively within the wider team to meet client needs

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
• You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and enthusiastic about business development
