THE ROLE:
This Legal 500, regional law firm is looking for an additional lawyer to join its criminal team in Leeds. You will be taking on a specialist area of criminal defence matters, under the supervision of a senior colleague. You will also be encouraged to contribute to the continued growth of the team through various business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal with a solid background and interest in criminal law. You will have a strong understanding of criminal procedure and be confident in managing your own workload with appropriate supervision. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional and proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be highly organised, able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and motivated to develop your career within private criminal defence.
