Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor | Herefordshire | Hybrid Role | Competitive Salary

We are delighted to be recruiting for a growing, people focused law firm in Herefordshire who are looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long term client relationships and being a visible, trusted presence within the local community. The firm has a loyal client base, many of whom like to pop into the office, so if you're someone who thrives on face to face interaction, this role will be a great match. And if you're happy to be in the office more than the required three days, that would be welcomed.

The Role:
• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Delivering an excellent client experience, both remotely and in person
• Building strong relationships within the local Herefordshire community
• Supporting and collaborating with the wider team, contributing to a positive and forward thinking environment

About You:
• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience handling your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Strong client care skills and a passion for community focused work
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team
