Insurance Disputes Solicitor, 4-8 PQE, London, Salary up to £95-120,000 (DOE). THE ROLE:
You will advise on a broad range of insurance coverage and liability defence matters, managing a caseload of subrogated recovery claims, supporting clients with complex policy wording issues, and handling complaints before the Financial Ombudsman and Lloyd’s. You will also occasionally deliver training and strategic guidance to enhance client outcomes.

Acting for a diverse client base, including insurers, syndicates, corporate organisations, and public sector bodies, you will advise insurers and managing general agents on complex coverage matters, while also representing policyholders in third-party liability disputes, including product liability claims.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of four years’ PQE and strong technical expertise in contentious insurance matters. You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service, while also working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on matters spanning a broad range of insurance lines.
