OVERVIEW:

• Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
o You will be dealing with matters such as sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters

• You will be gaining experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload and possess a strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process
