Job Description
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied and complex caseload of commercial property disputes, advising a broad client base on high-value and strategically important matters.
• You will also play an integral role in supporting the growth of the team, mentoring junior lawyers, and strengthening client relationships, while contributing to business development initiatives.
• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property disputes, including: opposed and unopposed lease renewals, restrictive covenants, break options and dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance and possession proceedings and insolvency-related matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high levels of service
• Identifying and supporting business development opportunities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• Strong technical expertise in complex, high-value commercial property disputes
• Proven ability to manage files independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
