A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its team in Nottingham.

The Role
This is a support role working closely with a Partner on a range of commercial property matters. You will play a key role in assisting with transactions while also having the opportunity to manage a small caseload independently. The work will primarily focus on commercial property, with some exposure to residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting a Partner on a variety of commercial property transactions
• Assisting with file management from instruction through to completion
• Managing a small caseload of matters independently where appropriate
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactions

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within commercial property
• Experience handling both commercial property (CPROP) and some residential property (DPROP) matters
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong organisational and communication skills
