PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, DURHAM, TO C£65,000 + BENEFITS AND HYBRID WORKING – Successful, Legal 500 firm offering great opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on a key role in the team. JOB REF:3206
• This Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and highly regarded Wills, Trusts & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.
• Based in Durham office, you will play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of the department while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
• You will manage a varied and interesting caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including wills, advising on estate planning, administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and trusts.
• You will also be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing development of the department, including involvement in networking and business development initiatives.
• The firm is looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work, in particular a strong experience in Trust matters
• STEP qualification (full or part-qualified), or a willingness to undertake STEP training
• You will also have excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
