OVERVIEW:
• Work closely with both the Commercial Property and commercial litigation departments, ensuring a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload
• Manage your own corporate workload, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance
• Collaborate with other teams to cross-refer work and provide seamless client support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders
• Deliver strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s corporate practice
• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Proven track record in delivering high quality transactional work
• Strong technical ability and sound commercial awareness
• Confident working collaboratively across teams while building client trust and delivering value
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-established, independent law firm known for a client-focused approach and professional rigour
• Lexcel-accredited, reflecting dedication to service quality and efficient management
