Family Solicitor (Legal Director), 5+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in privately funded, high net worth family work to take on a leadership role within a progressive law firm. JOB REF: 3182

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied and high-quality caseload, advising clients on complex family law matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Providing clear, strategic, and commercially aware legal advice
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Family department

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• Strong experience advising on privately funded family matters, particularly involving high net worth individuals
• Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of family law issues
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• A desire to contribute to team development and wider business growth
