JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                   
PQE REQUIRED: 3+       
LOCATION: West Yorkshire                
SALARY: £45,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of transactions such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters. You will liaise regularly with clients, lenders, estate agents and other third parties, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care.
The role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts and other associated property documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements, and providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from Solicitors and Legal Executives (CILEX) with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE or equivalent experience gained within residential conveyancing. Candidates should be confident in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and other professionals involved in the transaction. You will also demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment.
