OVERVIEW:
• The firm is looking for an experienced advocate to represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a varied client portfolio, ranging from PLCs to Small and Medium Enterprises.

• In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse caseload covering disciplinary and grievance processes, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy and restructuring matters, while also advising senior management teams and boards on strategic employment issues.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE and be looking for their next career challenge within a forward-thinking team. You will bring strong technical expertise, proven experience in Employment Tribunal matters, and a genuine interest in contributing to business development initiatives.

• Experience handling Employment Appeals Tribunal matters would be highly advantageous.
