Planning Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Leeds, £65,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 3079

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied planning and infrastructure caseload to include town and country planning, highways, compulsory purchase, planning litigation, enforcement, and infrastructure projects.
• You will advise developers and housebuilders on planning applications, Section 106 agreements, and strategic residential and mixed-use developments.
• Support compulsory purchase matters, including compensation and negotiations with landowners.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• You will have had exposure to contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.
