CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR, AT LEAST 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE, YORK, COMPETITIVE SALARY AND PACKAGE – Legal 500, regional law firm with strong links across the region with commercial and private clients. JOB REF: MD3049

• Joining a busy team, you will take on a caseload of clinical negligence and serious injury matters on behalf of claimant clients.
• Suitable applicants will have at least 12 months’ proven track record handling clinical negligence. Personal Injury Solicitors who have some experience handling clinical negligence matters are also invited to apply.
• In additional to strong technical skills, it essential that you take a commercial approach to you work and are an exceptional communicator with the ability to deal with clients, medical professionals and other lawyers.
