Residential Property Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, London, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – This role offers an excellent platform for a developing residential property lawyer to build their profile within a supportive and growing team. JOB REF:2965

THE ROLE:
• You will manage your own residential property caseload while working closely with partners and senior lawyers to deliver commercially astute advice and an outstanding client experience.
• Liaise directly with clients, taking instructions and managing expectations
• Work closely with partners to identify and implement the best client solutions
• Build and strengthen your own client relationships
• Develop your personal profile as an established residential property lawyer
• Contribute to business development initiatives within the team
• Build a network of clients, contacts, and referrers through networking activity

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with between 2-4 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Commercially aware and proactive in developing client relationships
