JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Berkshire

THE ROLE: An expanding Construction team is looking to recruit construction solicitors to support its continued growth. Applications are welcomed from lawyers with experience in contentious matters, non-contentious work, or a combination of both.

The role offers the opportunity to develop a construction practice within a collaborative business services environment, working closely with colleagues across real estate and related disciplines. The position can be shaped around the individual’s experience and interests, offering exposure to a broad mix of advisory and dispute-driven work.

Depending on background, responsibilities may include advising on construction contracts and project documentation, handling disputes through adjudication, arbitration or the courts, and providing guidance on professional appointments and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will manage their own matters with appropriate support and contribute to client development activities.

This opportunity would suit a motivated construction lawyer looking to take on greater responsibility, build client relationships and progress within a growing, well-resourced team.
