THE ROLE:

An ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor is sought to join a busy and thriving team in Ipswich. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be advising on complex energy, utilities and infrastructure property related matters. The work is diverse and includes easements, wayleaves, infrastructure agreements and acquisitions and disposals. You will also be encouraged to participate in client development activities and contribute to the wider success of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 6 years PQE ideally gained at a recognised regional or national firm. You will have a strong understanding of commercial property law and the ability to handle matters without supervision. Ideally you will have strong drafting and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to provide a commercial and solution focused approach to legal advice.
